Email support@estateadvicegroup.com and include the email address associated with your account, your device type, app version and a description of the problem. Do not email passwords, full card details or unnecessary personal or financial information.
Account access
Use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen where available. For security, we may ask you to verify account ownership before changing account details.
Notifications
Push notifications can be controlled in the app and in your device settings. Disabling push notifications does not prevent essential account, transaction or security communications being sent by another available method.
